Removing Spy Trooper

Hi,
I need help in removing Spy Trooper. I have run a 2006 Norton full system scan twice w/ windows system restore off. It detected a trojan horse virus. But now as before, it has not detected the Spy Trooper. Is there anything I can do to remove this from my pc? Thanks
