My Computer Can't Boot..please help..

Hi to all PC EXPERT,I need some idea about my computer,When I turn on my computer,the screen saying:Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press any key.I've trying to change HDD the windows is show but after a seconds restart.Any idea?tia.

Does the drive show properly in the BIOS?
