when my computer starts it says it is missing this file. also it is taking me a long time to type this & my cursor moves very sporatically.please help i am using windows xp on a dell inspiron E1505. PLZ HELP

can someone please help I start up my laptop and it says it is missing the above file, I have tried everything but when it finally boots up the cursor does not move the way it is supposed to (if i move to the left, it goes to right) and when i type it takes me forever to type something. right now i am adding this from my PC. please help my notebook is an dell inspiron E1505 running window xp media center edition.

i hate to reformat it! :lmao:
