Printer Not Recognized By Some Programs

Suddenly (today but not yesterday) printer (Epson C88) is not recognized by WL Mail, Notepad, and others but is recognized by Fx and Windows (printer test OK). Suggestion !!

Working when PC was turned off last night - and have only booted today. (Rebooted in case - no joy).

Running Win 7 64.

Try re installing the printer

Thank you the response.

Realized I had made a change - I inst6alled Quicken 2011. When it added a Quicken PDF Printer, Quicken had changed my default printer (without asking).

I 'reset' the default to my 'normal' printer and everything is fine now.

That was going to be my next guess, and re-installation would have fixed/asked for default settings. Glad you got it working and thanks for posting the solution :thumbup2:
