Cannot start computer in regular or safe mode. However I can start in Safe Mode with Command Prompt. When I try to boot the computer, it gets to the log in page, I enter my password and everything seems to be working ok. Then I get the dreaded blue screen. DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Then under technical information it says **** STOP: 0x0000000D1 iastor.sys address FFFFF880010726F8
Under that it says:
Collecting data for crash dump
Initializing disk for crash dump
Beginning dump of physical memory
Dumping physical memory to disk (when this reaches 100 the computer restarts)

Side note:
Recently the web-cam stopped working.
Dell Laptop
Windows 7

I found my solution! It was a rootkit virus. Downloaded TDSSKiller from Kaspersky and ran via command prompt. Hope this helps someone else.
