Hi, i have just install Windows server 2008r2 enterprise edition and activated it with microsoft. I installed Sophos antivirus on it.

I would like to create a DHCPv6 stateful mode to assign ipv6 address to the client PC on my LAN using Windows 7 pro.

I do not need ipv6 internet connectivity. I only need to setup the 2008r2 to assign ipv6 to the LAN.

The server and the clients are connected to a wireless router by LAN cable.

Ipv4 gateway:

The question,
1) Should i create AD then DNSv6 then DHCPv6? or I can just create DHCPv6 ?
2) Can anyhow teach me or guide to on how do create the DHCPv6 setup by setup ?

Thanks in advance.
