Good Afternoon,

I'm new to Windows 7. I've installed this FAX and it works fine; I've sent and received FAX's.

My wife, a different user, logging into her desktop this morning and could not view the inbox/send/receive folders that I see when I log into my desktop.

I assume there's a way to share the FAX and SCAN between users (on the same PC), and before I go hunting this evening, I was hoping someone would point me in the right direction.

Thanks

Just guessing...but I would assume that faxes work in the same manner that email accounts do...one user can only see the content of another user...by logging into that user's profile/account.

So it didn't share after you right clicked on the fax device that was located under printers and other devices?

This was Solved.

As a second user, you needed to establish a FAX account.
Once I did that, it referenced the same folders found in the first (administrator) user account.
I assume if there were additional users, each would have to go in and establish a FAX account.

I also found references/articles where other computers on the same network could use the FAX from this one machine (I assume much like sharing a printer).
