I'm trying to make a winxp tab ed install cd from the i386, components, etc. folders on my tablet pc and the setup.exe etc. files on my winxp install cd per a tutorial. Both tablet and cd are sp2.

I had to use another tutorial on making a slipstreamed install cd to extract the boot image since I didn't figure out how to use bart's boot extractor. I extracted the boot image from my winxp install cd using isobuster and I have the file microsoftcorporation.img on my desktop. I'm planning to use nero 6 to burn the bootable cd. Per the instructions I choose the boot tab, CD-ROM [boot], check Image File and use the Browse button to go to the microsoftcorporation.img file. The instructions don't say anything about also copying over the image file when I make the compilation, but in the printscreens of making a windows install cd w/ nero it looks like the microsoftcorporation.img file is listed along w/ setup.exe and autorun.inf and added to the compilation.

Has anyone made a winxp install cd and know whether I should or should not add the microsoftcorporation.img file in the compilation part of the setup? If not needed I wouldn't think it would hurt, but I really would like to get this install cd right.
