using word. Number pages individually

Can you number each page individually on one document.
Or start numbering them on page two.

Yes. If you want to start numbering on page two, there are a couple of ways to do that. One is to go to page layout and select "different first page." The other is to insert a "next page" section break at the bottom of the first page, and unlink the second page footer from the first page footer.
