I am currently running Windows Vista Home and Student edition and for several months now we have been unable to go to any of the top search engine sites like Google, Yahoo or Bing... but we can access Ask.com.

Anytime we go to any of these sites through our Firefox browser the Server Not Found message appears... the same with IE8...

Can you please help me get started on the path to fixing this problem...

Thank you.
