I'm getting Google redirects in both IE and Firefox. Am running Norton AV, and have tried to use TDS Killer, Malwarebytes, and Hitman without success. Hosts file looks OK. Redirects do not occur if I use Norton "safe search" as the search option. Please help.

Have you tried resetting your router?

Yes - checked the router and appears OK. I updated Hitman this AM and re-ran it - this time Hitman found and eliminated a file named "pathntnt.dll" That seems to cure the redirect problem, at least for now.

I'm happy you got it sorted.
