There is no predicting this crash. Someone please advise. What logs should I upload and where to find the system reports that you need.

Are there error numbers provided following the crash, usually 0X0000...... that might provide more information. Try running Bluescreenview by Nirsoft to see if a particular driver is identified. The download is in purple near the bottom of the page.

To take Blathnat's suggestion further.

No installation required.
Double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.
