After downloading microsoft fixit center and start the installation,i get the installation box and the message checking your computer etc,with the download arrow,and the a drop down message saying :- unable to download trouble shooters,check internet connections!! Tech info:- stop 0x0000009c(0x00000004,0x80546EFO,0xB2000000.0x0007FoF}
Can anyone please help? Connections checked and found o/k. Home built system with A8N-VM-CSM motherboard,250 gb hard drive and a 240g/h athlon 64 processor.

EDIT -
The full error - stop 0x0000009c(0x00000004,0x80546EFO,0xB2000000.0x0007FoF}
As written is not listed as such and must be broken down -

Many thanks noknojon,logged on to your suggested microsoft site,and they say to wait for the new sp4 service pack and this sould fix the problem.Am still able to use computer so i guess i will manage until this is launched.

SP4?? Did I miss something? http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/downloads/service-packs
