Hello. Thank you - first of all - for helping people with their computers. I'm 99% sure I have a version of the Recycler Virus. The first thing I noticed was that I was no longer the administrator of my own computer - someone else does. I've tried to delete the autorun.inf files via setting recycle bin to automatically dump, scanning and trying to destroy via malware bytes, spybot, super-anti-spyware, and performed at least 10 scans, etc. I tried to modify my registry using del /a:rhs c:autorun.inf, but my computer says I don't have access to hiberfil.sys, but I can SEE the autorun.inf file in my in my app data/local/temp/{9EAB...} file folder, which I'm fairly certain is not - in fact - mine. Lots of other weird things - no idea - but something is very strange. Way above my head - please help.

Again - I read forums, but I am still afraid I've made an error. Please let me know if I need to something else.

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
