WindowsRecovery virus/trojan

I had the windows recovery trojan thing and followed the steps on the guide to remove it.
However, i i have not deleted the files it says are assosiated with them as i am not sure which they are.
Are these them?
Also, how do i remove the registry files?
I am having trouble changing the background still

Hello,What is your Operating System?
Do NOT remove thise files,most are system files.

Please post your MBAM log.

The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Copy and paste the contents of that report in your next reply. Be sure to post the complete log to include the top portion which shows MBAM's database version and your operating system.
