Hello,

Here are the uninstallation instructions for PGSurfer, as listed on the ParetoLogic support page:

As an administrator you can uninstall ParetoLogic PGsurfer and remove all associated files from your computer. Uninstalling the program is one way to disable the product. Note: you can also choose to temporarily disable the program by choosing Shutdown in the Control Panel.

The process of uninstalling the program is password protected and can only be performed by the administrator. If you have forgotten your administrator password see the section: Reset a Password in the help file. Note: We recommend that you close all your applications beforehand as you will be required to re-start your computer.

Please follow these steps to uninstall a program from Windows Vista or Windows 7:

Please click on the 'Start' button, then select 'Control Panel'.
Now select 'Programs' and from that category please pick 'Programs and Features'.
Lastly please select the program to be removed, and then right-click and select 'uninstall'.

Please follow these instructions to remove a program from Windows XP:

Please click on the 'Windows Start' button and select Control Panel.
Now select the 'Add or Remove Programs' button.
Please select the program you wish to remove, and click 'Change/Remove'.
Click 'Uninstall' in the confirmation dialog to finish removal.

If you have any questions about these steps, I'd suggest you call or live chat with the ParetoLogic support team.

Thanks.
