Brand new and thought i would try this out. All Win 7 updates install great except this SP1 update. Tried all the usual fixes. Thoughts?

All updates to date download without issues except this one. Works to about 97%, freezes and sends back FFFFFE error message. Can't do a clean install as MS suggests.

You've tried installing from the desktop? Windows Update is not the only option.
