Hello everyone I am new to the forum I am sorry if u have already seen this problem I have searched and haven't found what i was looking for yet. I an acer laptop I am running windows 7. Now when I start up windows at times I get some pop-ups stating my computer is at risk please scan drives now and it atomatically starts a quote unquote scan which it tells me has found a trojan and wants to clean it. now it has gotten worse to point that it will not let me open anything and if i find a backdoor way to get it to do any virus scan or malware scans it powers itself off even in safe mode. I am at a loss here i have monitored task manager processes and have found that a process called fbf.exe starts to run everytime this happens I have manual killed it through task manager and the popup goes away and imediatly returns after I try to open anyother programs..... please help
