My computer is running a little glichy (takes a second or two for services to start up). I keep my computer clean, defragged & scanned for viruses & Malware regularly. I began looking through my services running and found one labeled STSService and it is "Unknown". Can anyone help me identify if this is a service I can get rid of and how?

Reference, STS Service, http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups/DHCP32.exe-8883.html

I will move this to Am I Infected, where someone can take a closer look.
