Whenever I run Spybot, I find the Click.Giftload issue. I fix it. Then when I reboot, it shows up again. However, when running other programs, it does not show up (TDSS, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware). Do I actually have an infection? What do I do from here?

Using Windows XP. I have not actually noticed any browsing issues, but can't seem to get rid of the thing.
