Hi all, I had a virus which I used Malwarebytes to remove. I ran Malwarebytes in safe mode and was able to get rid of the virus however; when I booted up normally I noticed that my laptop did not have volume (I did not hear the window music on startup). After it booted up I went into services.msc and could not start up the Microsoft Audio or Microsoft updates. Please help. Thanks in advance

When I look at "sound" in Control Panel it says "No sound device installed"

under services.msc I get the following:

"Could not start the automatic updates service on local computer
Error 1084 The service cannot be started in safe mode"

"Could not start the microsoft audio service on local computer
Error 1084 The service cannot be started in safe mode"

The error pops up even when I'm NOT in safemode.

If this has already been posted I apologize, but I did search to no avail.
