Hello everybody
I am currently experiencing a problem where my search results from google are redirecting to different websites.
I have done some research & tried various options but am unable to eliminate this issue completely.

1) I modified the Hosts file in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
It had additional entries which I deleted & then changed the file to read only

2) I ran HITMAN pro .. it eliminated some malware files. But the problem still persists.

3) Based on some forums, I also reset my router and also flushed my DNS cache
However I still have the problem.

A strange observation I have is that since the affected computer is my Office computer .. when I connect to my office network .. I do not get the redirect issue.

However when I go home & do a search, it constantly redirects to weird websites.

Please guide me
Thanks for your time

Do you have a router in your home? If so, are any other computers on your network experiencing issues?
