Windows 7 wont install

I am building a new computer and was able to get my windows disc to start downloading but when it got to the blue screen just after it says Starting Windows, the computer just sits there and the download doesn't continue from there. I am using the OEM version of Windows 7 32 bit. Any thoughts as to why it is doing this?

Problem has been fixed. Did some reading on the forum and decided to buy a new hard drive.Computer is up and running.
