Hello there,

My computer is infected with a virus called Trojan:DOS/Alureon.A
I don't know what need to be done. I am currently using Microsoft Essientials to check for virus. Microsoft Essientials cannot clean it for me. It has it quarrantine but it ask me to restart my computer. Everytime i re-start my computer, my login name is not shown. I am using Home Vista. So, since my login name is not shown, it prompt me to login with other user. So i put in my login name and password and it says that "The specificed domain either does not exist". I need to restart my computer a few times before my original log in name is display and i can log in normally. But when i do login with my usual name and password, it kept saying i have this virus...the Trojan DOS. I am going in circles. What can i do?
Please advise.

Thanks,
Esthersmom.
