Hello,

This morning after some surfing, I noticed this thing called 'hard drive' something starting to pop up. I just figured it was fake and shut it down by right-clicking on the start bar.

However, shortly after that something called 'Windows Diagnostic' popped up and killed ALL my programs and files. I downloaded StopZilla (bad move) and malwarebytes, and restarted in safe mode. I ran those two, and also HijackThis, and came here. Turns out StopZilla wants money before it'll do anything other than diagnose your computer. I'll be ditching that as soon as I can. Malwarebytes had three hits which I removed with it; I'll be restarting shortly.

I have a HijackThis log which I will attach. I also ran D.D.S. but no logs came up from that. Currently running GMER and will post log from that.

I would really like to be able to recover my files after I've killed all these viruses. There are some rather important documents on this computer, including our resumes and a number that we haven't backed up. Part of the reason that I'm upset about this is because it happened without warning and killed everything...

All your help is quite appreciated. Thank you!

EDIT1: Added ComboFix log and a partial GMER log.
