I'm having trouble updating my Windows Vista. When I go to the start menu and click on Windows Update it completely freezes up. I've tried resolving this over at Microsoft help but it still doesn't work. I've tried to update via IE but still the same issue happens. Any suggestions??

Sounds like you might have malware, try running superantispyware or malwarebytes.
