can someone help please

hi
can anyone please help i had a trojan in a Bridge dll file. my a.v.g. antivirus found and confined it but then when i rebooted the computor it came up with
c:\WINDOWS\downloaded program files\CONFLICT.1\bridge.dll cannot be found.
To stop this happening i was told to take out rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\CONFLICT.1\bridge.dll",load out of the registry
It has stopped the window poping up but i dont know if this reg entry is needed
everything seems to be running ok
except i seem to be getting multiple emails all the same dont know if this is coinsidence
i have since installed spyware blaster spybot and regprot to run along with a.v.g. 7 and ad-aware 6
o.s. is xp pro sp1

First go into Control Panel and Then Add/Remove programs and remove Messenger Plus as it is know to contain the Hijackter Lop.com

Then close all instances of Internet Explorer and fix these with hijackthis:
