System Restore problem

Hey, im new here! :)
But anyways I've got a problem with the system restore in my Windows 7 64bit.
(Are ok my iPhone so cant write error code right now)
It says something like "System Restore Can't be started (ErrorCode)"
I am scared about It's my registry cleaner. (Not using Them anymore!)
Hope someone can help! ;)

You should be scared about registry cleaners - and you should NEVER use them.

What is the exact message you are getting and when do you get it?
