Need Help wiping drive clean with dban

I recently posted a topic about my cousin's computer having several kinds of problems which i realized was an even bigger problem as it disabled regedit, safemode and task manager.

After several attempts of trying to remove one problem virus it resulted in being a irremovable virus and was recommended. Here is my previous post.

I finally made a bootable usb with dban that works just as it should. I just wanted to be safe and know which Wipe Method is best for such a problem. All the important files are safely out of the computer just want a nice start over.
