We suddenly have a popup of malware or something. In the background it looks like something from Windows, but isn't. (We each have a user side on this computer, and it's only affecting one side.) Anyway, this window in the background has the Windows logo, and says Windows Remedy. In the foreground in a separate smaller window it says: "Now Windows Remedy will do full system scanning of your PC to optimize the PC performance and remove the detected errors. The scanning will take some time. Please do not switch off your computer." We can't get rid of it; when we switch users to the affected side, that is the only thing that shows on that screen. None of the normal icons show up at the bottom of the screen. Nothing but this show up. We have tried to get rid of it by downloading the normal things that should get rid of it to no avail. Can anyone help? Thanks!
