I got a new SD card and it is not reading when I insert the card on the SD slot, desktop computer.

It slows down and I get an error message about I/O Error

I insert a different memory card and it is working fine except for the new SD card

I test the SD card on my digital camera and it works except the computer won't read this card

Can anyone help????
