Well, i have 3 comps.

2 comps connect to a router that connects to a cable modem.

1 comp connects to another comp which connects to a router which connects to a cable modem.

for ex.

comp1 connects to the router

comp2 connects to the router

comp3 connects to comp1 which connects to the router.

Internet connections work fine on all three.

comp1 and comp2 can share things fine with each other.

The problem is that comp3 can only share files with comp1 and not comp2.
and comp2 can only share files with comp1 one and not comp3.

any ideas?

Windows versions? Are all 3 computers in the same Domain or Workgroup? Have you installed file & printer sharing on all 3 computers and enabled it?

That setup is a little difficult.

You need to somehow get the comp 3 to the router. Is there a special reason whay you're connected like that?
