My wow account was hacked three days ago and was permanently banned, Today, the ban was lifted. After logging in, I was disconnected five minutes later and my password was changed and the hacker put an authenticator on my account.

I have used Microsoft Security Essentials, Malwarebytes, and Spybot. All of these came back with nothing.

I just used HijackThis and have a log for anyone that can help me spot anything suspicious.

Thanks for any help.

Aren't battle net authenticators tied to a particular person? WOW should be able to track the person by the authenticator, no? Have you discussed this with them?

I have emailed them but they keep sending me the same automated responses that ask me to fill out forms to prove that the account is mine so they can lift the ban and get the account back to me.
