I just joined and as a new member, just want to say hello to all on this site. I think this is so cool to have this access to the various information regarding our computers. Then considering how mind boggling it gets for the average person, is to be able to get help as needed from all you experts that nowadays is so crucial. Thanks.

Computing is a very complex activity---so complex that even "experts" cannot begin to know everything about it and its applications, let alone the average user. BC exists to create a common stock of knowledge from experts and users in all aspects of computing, so that everyone can benefit from one another.
Thanks for joining, and welcome to BC!
Regards,
John
