Error message on start up Win7: RunDLL

Dear Bleeping Computer, I hope you can help!

Running Windows 7 and ESET NOD32 AV recently found "a variant of" Kryptik.KTN and Kryptik.KNA trojans. NOD quarantined two dll files (ebefiyas.dll related to .KNA variant, and WNlordsp.dll related to the .KTN variant), and an exe file also said to be related to this variant of Kryptik.KTN.
Before it was first detected/cleaned, I had the following RunDLL error message on startup for both dll files. After the files were quarantined and the infection cleaned, the error message persisted, but only for the WNlordsp.dll file.


RunDLL
There was a problem starting C:\users\liz\appdata\local\WNlordsp.dll
The specified module could not be found.


NOD doesn't pick up any more infections. Would you please help me remove this error message?

I then ran GMER and it appeared to finish (the Stop button greyed out) but then my computer just froze so I had to hard shutdown and restart. (Then I tried it again with the same result). So I don't have any saved text from that, sorry.

I have managed to remove the message on startup by using CCleaner, so you can close this issue now.
