My PC just cut out on me earlier on. I tried to reboot it, and it gets to the point where the welcome screen is about to come up and it just cuts out as if someone unplugged the plug! The only way i can get it to work is if i reboot it in safe mode, then it comes on. I thought it might be because of overheating at first but after checking the cut out temperature and the actual temperature of the fans, that seems ok. I have tried a system recovery to no avail and im stuck what to check for now :(

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It could be the power supply playing up.
