I have a Sony VAIO PCG K33. The area where the power cord gets connected got broken. It got replaced followed by the mother board, apparently because of static created when the connector broke. Then I had to copy my profile to create a new one when logging in to windows (XP) and delete the old one. Now the computer is very if not extremely slow to the point that it freezes. What steps should I take to address the speed? Thanks.
