Need help removing system tools virus

Ok, I have not posted before. But I need help removing system tools virus. I have visited several sites and have downloaded spyware doctor, and scanned in safe mode with networking as the instructions said, but the scan never finds system tools to fix and remove. Please... I need advice and help intermediately.

You need to read this pinned topic in the Am I infected? What do I do? section of the Security forum, then start a new topic here and wait for a member of BC's Malware response team (shouldn't be too long) to guide you through the removal process.
