I have problems viewing you tube , they instructed me to clear my cache files. I ran the file and alot turned up. while opening one of the folders , i came across a file named ( Personel 32 1033.dat.bak ) I googled the name to find info. and opened a page and was instructed to download one of two files . I think the name was DSS or close to it. The instructions were to run the program , save the note pads that were generated and then post to this site. Thank you for any help. I am attaching two note pads containing the scan results

The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
