Upgraded Inspiron E1705/9400 with two sticks of Crucial 1mb PC2 5300-667 (total 2mb) easy breezy, trap door open pop out pop in ran memtest for
errors overnight 0 good to go. Checked CPUID SPD reads JDEDC1 200mhz JDEDC2 266mhz JDEDC3 333mhz latency readings differ as well by 1 each on clocks.
CPU is T2400 Core Duo 1.83ghz i945PM mobo chipset (2 cores 2 threads) FSB 166mhz / Rated 667mhz. Why am I not seeing JDEDC 2 and 3 at 333 mhz each?

The JEDEC specifications report the SPD data of what timings the memory requires for each speed it is rated to run at. So the memory can run at 200MHz (JEDEC#1), 266MHz (JEDEC#2) and 333MHz (JEDEC#3), and the timings for each JEDEC # relate to the speed that also has the same #. The clock for 333MHz DDR is 166MHz, so everything seems normal.
