how to correct not genuine window, i get this message everytime, and it has make the computer very slow, and its vista home edition, i would like help please.thanks in advance.

You are probably using a pirated version of Windows. in order you fix this you should by a genuine license from Microsoft to benefit all the features of a genuine OS and to remove all the annoying nag screens.

Of course though, there are other scenarios aswell as ThunderZ mentioned above in the link.
