I purchased my laptop in Nov 2010. It is still brand new to me; well not anymore... : (

My best friend came over, whom knows alot and went to college for computers. She mentioned about my laptop having bluetooth the pretty much loooking at all the settings. She did send me an email and told me to open it; which i never did, but i'm pretty sure she did for me. On this same night she hacked both mine and my husbands cell phones, thru bluetooth. (we were blue jacked). She admits to that, unsure why she did any of this, as we are no longer friends but ive tried everything to fix my laptop and just dont think its better. i've restarted, from out-of-box recovery at least 5 times. I've used RKill, malware scans, AVG and Avast. They have found malware and trojans, but i still dont feel secure. I have some files, which arent mine that I cant access, and I'm the owner and only one that uses this computer. I also have a "trustedinstaller" that keeps taking securiy of certain files. Also, when I? shut down my computer it tells me that it forced the local host to shut down. I feel as someone is physically in my computer watching and listening to me. I was usuing HP wireless, now use something else. Also dont think the speakers are the same ones I used when i purchased my laptop.

Any help is so appreciated, it can make my mind feel a little better.

Thank you!

After that scan please post the log. The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Copy and paste the contents of that report in your next reply. Be sure to post the complete log to include the top portion which shows MBAM's database version and your operating system.
