My Vista Home Basic install has suddenly stopped accepting command line entries - when I try to type a command, nothing appears in the command line. The same thing happens when I attempt to type in my username * password in the network connection dialog box, thus, I cannot establish an internet connection.

Please help!

Regards & thanks.
