Hey I posted about my system tray before. But here is what I want to know please. Is this legit? hxxp://nars.aloj.net/download/shell32patch.zip It is a patcher tool for system tray. Can anyone tell me. I don't want to mess my computer up. Thank you.

First I always use this link to check if the installed version is Genuine - Check your system first then any legal M/soft add ons will work -
You should click on it, then, > Run > Run > Continue - The result will show - "Genuine"- at the end of the test, or otherwise if not genuine -
This always works for the XP units I check with problems -

noknojon the link you posted in your edit, is the link that brings me to the "patcher" tool. Earlier I actually implemented it. It replaces shell32.dll and renames old shell32.dll, so it's still there. It worked. So this problem is now solved.
