Hi, im pretty sure i got a p2p virus from frostwire, my computer bleeps like it would if i pressed the f8 key, when it starts up. As soon as the system starts up help and support keeps popping up. when i click on mozilla firefox, tabs keep popping up too. Heres my Pirform speccy post.

If help and support pops up when Windows loads that leads me to believe that you are in safe mode.
Does it say safe mode in all four corners?
In the beginning there was the command line.

No it isnt in safe mode, its in regular system start up

Your log above is a recent dated log dated April 11 2011, so I take it you no longer have the original log MalwareBytes originally generated back in March.

This log shows that you do not have any notable malware, however that does not mean your computer is free of any possible hidden infections or hijacks.

My suggestion to you is to click this link here and follow the instructions provided in that topic.

After you create your logs and create your new topic, please be patient, an experienced member of our staff will get to your post as soon as possible and will advise you further on what they need from you.

Please be sure to include a link to this topic here, in the opening statements of your new topic, so that the malware response team member knows that this topic exists.
