I'm attempting to set up a Windows 7 touchscreen (dell Inspiron One All-in-one) but I want to set it up with access via the guest account. I don't know if this is the appropriate forum but I'm hoping someone can help. I want to remove access to the control panel, to the "RUN" command and the command prompt.

Are these available via the local security policy? I've tried going through it but haven't found an easy way to do what i'm doing. I've tried looking at tools like Ultimate Windows Tweaker and Winbubbles but these programs affect changes across all accounts and not a specific account.

Thanks in advance.

Have you tried 'Parental' controls?
