Hello guys I am new here and need some advice.. I am planning to build a gaming a computer does newegg ship to Philippines?

Sorry, they don't ship to anyone outside the US or Puerto Rico.

Really? And also I have heard that Senyang and Longwin has cheap computer stuffs as well.

you can try visiting stores at  SM Malls with cyberzone, I know they sell computer parts there. If you're near Pasig/Makati there is a store name Dyna Quest PC which have pretty cool website.
