I have a U43Jc ASUS that I purchased from Besbuy this November. Bestbuy provided me with webware anti virus and spysweeper software, and through a warning in my computer I recently found out it was corrupted. When I run my laptop not in safe mode it becomes unresponsive after a very short period of time and it takes a longer period of time than usual when it starts. I haven't made any stupid downloads, and when I run AVG antivirus nothing is detected, but I still suspect I have a virus.

What should I do?
