Hi, I have heard a lot of good things about this website :) anyways I was on Netflix today and out of no where a black box popped up that said Temp folder and since then my internet security has been going crazy saying I have viruses (actually removing Virus) but it keeps coming back.

I have F-Secure internet security along with Malewarebytes for protection. I am running XP service pack 3. Its a custom built Dell computer kind of old. I am not the best when it comes to PC's. I know some things but not a lot.

My PC is very important to me, its the only one I have, and I need it for college with out I will fail, well probably not fail but I NEED MY PC!!! I hear that this website is the best for helping people removing viruses and I am in dire need of help right now.

The Problem: My computer was running fine and I have had no problems what so ever until today around 5:00pm California time. Like I said up top the temp box opened kind of like a dos box, black box, then F-Secure said I was infected... The only website I went on in the last week was Netflix(I instant stream movies all day long with Netflix) F-Secure keeps popping up saying its removing viruses but it keeps doing it. This all happened today, I am so scared I am out a PC. I can not live with out a PC and I do not have the money to go buy a new one.

Anyways the Viruses it says I am infected with are Gen: Variant.Kazy.3274, Trojan.Downloader.JMYQ and the newest one I just saw pop up while I am typing this Gen: Trojan.Heur.JP.duW@aypdsPaG.

Also it will pop up with something that says the memory is infected for svchost or something like that, then it gives options to this enter to terminate the program or cancel to debug, I have not hit enter to terminate as I am afraid of doing so.

Its says that it removes the Virus but new ones keep popping up, I have no Idea what to do and I am totally confused about this, Please help me if you can, I can do what ever it takes to remove these nasty little bugs, I just want a clean system, I am the only one who access this computer, I do not download anything(illegal wise) I use it for school and to watch movies off Netflix and hulu. If anyone can help me remove these please help, I am a Noob to computers so I might not understand the more complicated stuff but I do know a lot of the basics, downloading tools, installing uninstalling etc. F-Secure keeps telling me its removing these Viruses. I will do anything it takes to remove these. Thank you for your time and everything else.

-Acey

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
