How long should I let DDS run?

First I apologize if I am not putting this in the correct forum.
I am following the instructions here:
After following previous steps, I downloaded DDS and it started to scan but seems to have stopped after 15 minutes.
The instructions say it should not take more than three minutes.

As I stated in my instructions, if you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue, which I see you have done.
